This pendant was meticulously drilled and cut by hand from an actual 5 mils coin from Cyprus. It features an ancient galley ship.

The ship on this coin is likely an ancient merchant galley, representing the trade of the island with other Mediterranean civilizations. One source for coin collectors states that the image is copied form a painting on a jug from the 7th century B.C. Many coin references have the image listed as a Viking Ship. 

This coin is 26 mm and is copper in color. It comes on a strong and hypoallergenic 20" stainless steel chain. Other chain or cord options are possible upon request.
